When should I schedule a cooling inspection?
Spring — before cooling season begins. This gives time to address any findings before you need the system. Also valuable when purchasing a home or if your system had issues the previous season.
What if the inspection finds something concerning?
We document the finding, explain it clearly, and give you honest options — including doing nothing and monitoring if that's a reasonable choice. No pressure. The decision is yours with full information.
Does a cooling inspection include repairs?
The inspection documents and presents options. Any repairs are a separate decision made with your approval. The 49.95 fee applies to the inspection visit.
